I'm not a natural born sales person, but started in real estate 22 years ago and still love it! It's exciting for me to help someone stage their home for maximum effect on the market, offering a list of contractors who will help them with repairs and updates needed to go on the market, the challenge of getting it priced right & finally the incredible exposure I can offer in the marketplace through 4 personal websites and dozens of off-shoots. A perfectionist and overachiever, Oldest of 6, born and reared in Cape Girardeau and came to St. Louis in 1959. Attended Southeast Missouri State University, from 1977- 1980, graduated from University of Missouri - St. Louis with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management 1982. Married 3 years to Paul Richard (French Canadian pronounciation please), We love travel, adventure, bicycling, working out; We currently live in St. Louis Hills within 2 blocks of 2 parks! I love my Fine Cooking magazines and entertaining friends with recipes from there. We attend First Evangelical Free Church in West County and help teach the children's ministry by sharing the hope that Jesus brings to a hurting world.
